Anyone have an idea when W-2s will be available in the home and business edition of TurboTax?

You receive your W-2's from your employers, not from TurboTax. Employers have until January 31, 2025, to send out 2024 W-2's.

Or---do you mean you need to prepare W-2's for employees who worked for you?
