Anyone else having issues when filing more than one state return. I'm getting Form AR1000TC: Other state tax credit: says to check for updates?

I am having the same issue, with the same form AR1000TC and there’s nowhere  to run an update. Form won’t finalize the amount of credit being given from the other state. I have called a couple times and even turbo tax support can’t seem to give me an answer told me to try again on the first of the month
