How do I enter 1099-R from 2016 (that was not claimed in 2017)?

Any income that was received in 2016 needs to be reported on your 2016 Tax Return. This cannot be reported on your 2017 return.  If you already filed then you will need to Amend Your Return.  Follow the instructions in the link. You will need to print and mail your 2016 amended return.

If you did not file a 2016 return, then you will just need to file one. This can be done by downloading or purchasing TurboTax through TurboTax.com or most online retailers.
