Why are you asking me if I had health insurance for the whole year when the individual mandate has been removed?

The Individual Mandate or the Individual Shared Responsibility Provision was not removed for tax year 2018

It will no longer be required after 12/31/2018

And the "mandate" has not actually been removed.  The PENALTY for breaking that mandate is changed to $0 in 2019.
