An unauthorized user has accessed my account within the past 24 hours. In addition to changing my password, what other steps can I take to protect my information & docs?

Another step you could take is to turn on the two-step verification process under the Security tab of the Account Settings.

Once enabled, you will get a verification code via text/call when you sign in.

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
