If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your filing status (single or married filing separately) into Personal Info, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.

An do i got to click file head of household or does it automatically when i enter single n claim my disabled mother?

When you go through the interview in Personal Info and enter your mother as a dependent, you should be offered the status of HOH; you then need to select HOH.
