where in turbo tax deluxe do I enter the American opportunity info to get money back ?

you can do this in turbo tax simple free version as well?

what you you do in free version 

when do you need to upgrade to deluxe version. 

I assume any interest on an investment account bumps you up to turbo tax deluxe 

but how about interest from simple money market account?

Log into Turbotax

1. On the menu bar on the left that shows.

   1. My Info

   2. Federal

   3. State

   4. Review

   5. File

2. Select Tax Tools

3. On the drop-down select Tools

4. There will be 4 green boxes

5. Select Tax Topics

6. Type Education Expenses

7. Start the Interview

You can not do American Opportunity Credit in the Free version.
