Am I able to file my personal taxes and my parents taxes from the same turbo tax account? These are separate filings.

You will need to create a new TurboTax sign-on ID for your parents because only one tax return can be prepared online per TurboTax ID.  

To do this, at the TurboTax login page, scroll down to Create New Account or click the signup screen link here:  https://myturbotax.intuit.com/sign-up/.
