Am I able to claim the father of my children if we are not married, and I am supporting him?

he would be a dependent  - a qualifying relative if all these tests are met

1) he lived with you for the entire year

2) his income for 2019 is less than $4200

If he lived with you for the whole year in 2019 and had less than $4200 of income (not counting Social Security) then you can claim him for the $500 credit for other dependents.
