You can just upgrade. You don't need to start over unless you want to clear your return and start over. Do you want to use the Online version or the Desktop program you install on your computer?

I'm at the federal review stage. It says " Even if you don't do Film & TV Production work [etc], you'll still need to update this info [etc] ." How?
