Already filed taxes with Turbo tax as I wasn't informed of this benefit.

I already filed taxes with Turbo tax as I wasn't informed of this benefit until after I filed. Can I get a Refund since I I have a Metlife Legal plan and received notice that Turbotax was available at no charge?  Also while I tried to use the have Expert Check before Filing I was very disappointed in the lack of assistance I received before submitting taxes.

It depends. TurboTax has a Satisfaction Guarantee, but for the Online version.  They generally consider the product "used" once you pay and file. However, because you have a valid MetLife benefit that was not applied, they may make an exception if you contact them directly. 

To initiate this refund, call TurboTax Support at 1-800-446-8848.  Explain that you are a MetLife Legal Plans member and were entitled to a free filing benefit that was not applied to your account. Mention that you have already filed and are seeking a refund of the software fees because you weren't aware of this benefit.

 When you call, have your MetLife member ID or the email notice you received about the free TurboTax benefit.
