Your software might be updated, but all of your federal and/or UT state forms might might not be finalized yet. There will be an update tonight, so check back tomorrow, after you update the software:).

It looks like all UT forms are ready except for The request to opt out of efile. If you are getting the snag error I would say it sounds like something got stuck. I understand you are using the desktop software, but the desktop software can still cache things, so you can try these things:
If that doesn't work, I would try a manual update. Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
I followed these instructions, cleared cache and cookies, downloaded and installed the file you provided, and still having the issues. Please let me know when this will be fixed, I have 4 tax returns to submit.
