Allocation of itemized deductions on state return

When allocating taxes paid on form PIT-RES/PIT-NON (Itemized Deduction Allocation) the software does not seem to allocate the taxes the same on all the lines 5A (there are three line 5A's on this form).  It also does not indicate an error when the second line 5A is more than the first line 5A which would be impossible.

If you recognize this error you can manually fix the allocation of taxes paid on bottom portion of the form but would need to know to look for it as it is not asked when entering data during the normal data entry process. I would have expected the software to show an error when completing return.
