How do yo know the other place is corrrect?

All the deductions and everything are the same! Both of the summary are the same. tax act gave me more then $200 more!

If everything is the same then they cannot be different ... if you put them side by side something must be different.

It's not. It's simple. I have three W2s everything is the same

You can't really close your account, but you can delete all your info and abandon it, if you wish. Your account will still be available for you to use at some point in the future, as long as you use the same User ID and password. You could also indicate that Intuit emails are spam to keep them out of your regular email.

Here's how to clear out your return:

1.     Sign in to TurboTax Online.

2.     On the left side, click Tools. (Don't see the side menu on the left? Click here for help.)

3.     Click Clear your 2016 return and start over.

o   If you already paid, you'll get the message You cannot clear your return.

4.     (Optional) In the pop-up, uncheck the box Re-transfer my data after clearing if you don't want last year's data to transfer over.

5.     Click Yes to confirm


You would choose "Clear your 2016 return and start over", but then simply don't start over.
