All my data is missing - filed extension in April

I filed an extension so had loaded a lot of data and it's all missing when I log in. Anyone know how this could happen?

You must sign onto your 2023 TurboTax online account using the same User ID you created for the 2023 account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
