To go back to a lower version or the Free Edition you can try to clear and start over https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-clear-and-start-over-in-turbotax-onli...
In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now. Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?

Or try the IRS Free File program

Could be the Retirment Saving Tax Credit (RSTC), especially if you have any contributions to a Retirment plan showing in box 12 for either of those W-2 forms.
OIF so, go thru the RSTC section Q&A on the Deductions&Credits page and indicate you were a student during 2023 (even if you weren't)....that removes the credit that may be much smaller than the cost of the upgrade+State. Unless of course, the Credit is a big $$ one that more than makes up for the upgrade., and you were not a student.
OF course, a PDF download of the actual forms from the IRS and filling them out manually is always an option.
