After Turbotax reviewed federal, it asked about prior year return AMT. I don't have line 35 on my last years Form 6251. What do I do when Turbotax is asking me for it?

You can look at Line 45 of your 2016 Form 1040.  If there is nothing reported on that line, enter a zero to answer the review question.
