After filing my taxes I noticed it says I’ve now filed 2019 when I actually thought I was filing 2018 taxes because the information I entered was from 2018 W-2

You will need to amend your return after the IRS has processed the return you filed and you have received a refund  or paid the balance due.   You must wait until the IRS has processed your return.

You used the wrong program---online is ONLY for 2019 returns.  If it rejects you can delete the 2018 W-2 from the return and use the account to enter your 2019 income and re-file it for your 2019 income.  As the TT expert above said, if it was somehow accepted, you have to wait for it to be fully processed and then prepare an amended return to fix your mistake.

Check your return's status and post back for further help when you know if it was accepted or rejected.
