Look at the form. There are some areas that you can't enter on the original site but have to go to the form. Good luck.

Please clarify your question. Are you using TurboTax Online or CD/Download? And what state are you living in?

I can update both fields in my version of TurboTax CD/Download.

Have you tried Forms mode?

Tap Forms in the top right corner
In the left column, find Tax & Int Wks
Line 3a should allow you to enter or change your vehicle info
Tap Step-by-Step in Forms when you are done to return to the interview mode

Did you try using Forms mode as suggested by ErnieS0?

Otherwise, in the Desktop/Download version of TurboTax:

Go to Deductions and Credits
Go to Cars and Other Things You Own
Select Start of Update next to Car Registration Fees
Answer "Yes" to "Did you pay any car registration fees"

On the next screen, enter Vehicle Make and Model and Amount

If you already entered something there, and need to delete it, click the trash can icon next to that line.

Click "+Add another row" if needed.
