After e-filed I need to mail a form in . Where do I find that form

If you open your full tax return PDF file, you should find instructions for forms to mail in on the first page, in the section called "What You Need to Mail". 

To access your full return + relevant forms, go to: Tax Home > Add a State (near the bottom) > Tax Tools (on bottom left) > Print Center > "Print, save or preview this year's return" > Continue  > Continue > 2018 Federal returns > Include government worksheets (optional) > View or print forms.

The forms you need to mail in should be included further down in the return. For users that are required to mail in forms, I feel your pain, I wish TurboTax put this requirement front & center in Tax Home after you finishing eFiling. I bet a lot of people are going to forget to do this.
