adding a W2

I was trying to add my husbands 3rd W2 but it keeps saying I have hit a snag, revisit the last topic to make sure all info is correct. i have done this 5 times and i keep getting the same message.  what can i do?

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then return to the W-2 section to 'Add Another W-2'.

This should resolve your issue, but let us know if not.
