Hi! I don't think this has happened before. I have imported multiple forms for Fidelity. I want to add in another one that has just become available. When I try to import just that form from Fidelity, it leaves me with JUST that one - the others are gone. Do I have to re-import all of them everytime now? I didn't have to do that in the past.
Thanks
Darol

If they were deleted, yes, you would need to re-import.If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:
I have the same problem with my Fidelity accounts. Can only import one time. I used Turbotax since 2008 and I always imported my accounts one by one.
Does anyone know how to get around this? Thanks!
This may a browser error where it's reusing the cookie stored for your transaction and being used when you try to pull your second account.
Use the Chrome browser and clear browsing data for all time before signing into TurboTax. Then try to complete the import.
If you are still unable to import it properly, then you do have the option of entering only summaries, instead of transactions.
Here are some directions to do that: Enter Summaries in Lieu of transactions

I am using the PC app version - not online.
Can someone even confirm how it is *supposed* to work?
In the past years, I was able to ingest additional Fidelity account information. Now, when I do the ingestion, it just overwrites everything, rather than appending.
There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
