Active in Army National Guard, the Army provides health Insurance for drills, does this count as having Health Insurance? If so, Do i need to get a form for evidence?

In order to qualify as having health insurance, your Army Guard insurance must cover you when you are not drilling or not on AT
The only program that qualifies is Reserve Component Purchased TRICARE. If you are enrolled in that plan, then you have qualified health care coverage.
