Activation works one hour, fails the next hour, then works the next hour fails after that

I have read through some of the posts on the activation process.  This is the second year in a row that this activation has frustrated me to no end.  I don't even want to count the number of HOURS I have spent trying to get this to work consistently.  I don't think that's asking much of a paid product.

 

Both in 2023 and 2024 Premier TurboTax, after reinstalling the software, making the applications administrator, adjusting the IP information. installing the latest Visual Studio C++ runtime, logging into my TurboTax account while launching the applications, nothing makes the activation work CONSISTENTLY.  Unless consistency of working one hour, and then not working the next hour, and then that cycle repeating is consistency.

 

Is anyone else having this level of frustration?  I do not know what else to change, adjust, reinstall, or whatever?
