I have downloaded and installed my Turbotax Home and Business 2024 and it gets to the Activation Screen. Shows the license code is active on 1 Machine of 5 but the program will not open. I hit the box with the Activation code in it, the Green checkmark comes up and when I hit Activate Turbotax, and the blue spinning circle comes up, there is a flash that says Activation Successful then it goes right back to the Activation Screen, still showing the 1 license code on this machine. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Customer Service, only to have my husband spend another 3 hours with them because I had to leave for PT. They didn't try to send another download, offered to refund then the agent was told by a supervisor not to refund my money, only opened an investigation. I am so pissed right now because i had taken all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in these forums, then the first agent took me through all of the same steps, then the Resolutions Specialist followed all of the same things and I still can't access my product. They said they were going to send another download, but all she did was find my order, send the same order confirmation I received when my originally made my purchase. I even signed up for Turbotax Advantage. I am so dissatisfied right now!!
