Accidently filled taxes with saying yes to the crypto question when it should of been no

Do I have to amend ? Or do I just not have to file the added form regarding crypto

No, you don't need to amend anything right now. If you said yes to the virtual currency question but did not make any entries for virtual currency, your return should still be correct and accurate if it did not contain any virtual currency in it.

If your return gets rejected for any reason, you can go back in and change your answer to that question before you resubmit your tax return. You don't need to take any action if it was accepted unless the IRS instructs you to do so, which is very unlikely.

There is no "added form" related to this question.

If you have added forms, don't drop them from your tax return or you will be filing an incomplete return.
