Accidentally filled 2019 before 2018

How can I get 2018 done so that 2019 won’t get rejected, I have no money to purchase software nor a desktop to download anything

2018 has to be mailed no matter how you prepare it--using software or on paper by hand.  E-filing is closed for 2018 returns.    Your 2018 AGI will not be in the system when you try to e-file 2019, so you will have to try using zero as your 2018 AGI in order to e-file 2019.  If zero does not work, then you have to mail 2019.

If you cannot purchase the 2018 software, here are the forms and the instructions to prepare it by hand:
