Access to MetLife Tax Prep/ Turbo Tax Benefit

If the Legal Plan with MetLife is under my name and my employer, and my husband is named first on our married filing jointly return each year---will I still be able to use my benefit to do tax prep this year?

Yes, although your Legal Plan is under your name, when you prepare your tax return, you can keep your spouse as the primary taxpayer.

If you run into forms or issues you feel you need help with as you're preparing your return, you have several options; a 'Help' link, a 'Chat' link and and 'Expert Help' link you can access.
