About to file my taxes and it says I have to pay $129 to use this service

Click on My Account at the top of the program screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on My Fees.  You probably have fees something like this -

• Deluxe online edition - $54.99
• State online program - $39.99
• Pay TurboTax fees with federal tax refund - $34.99
• Total - $129.97

Go to this TurboTax website for the online editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition.  Click on My Account at the top of the program screen while working on the 2016 online tax return.  Click on Clear & Start Over.

If you do not want to upgrade to the Deluxe edition then Decline the Upgrade.  If you do not want a state tax return on your account, do not Start the state tax return.  If you do not want to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund then pay any TurboTax account fees with a credit or debit card.
