What type of form are you trying to import from Edward Jones? Is it 1099-R, 1099-B...etc?

I am able to import from other firms but not from Edward Jones.  This is the first year I have had this problem.I even tried changing my password but that did not help.  Why is this happening?  I am trying to import my 2022 Consolidated 1099 Statement.
