A family member lives in Texas. I live in illinois. I want to phone+help him use turbo tax. Can we have his account open on each of our computers at the same time?

We want to work together on his taxes at the same time over the phone. We each need to see his account on our computer screens so I can guide him. Is this possible?

Unfortunately you both can't be signed into the same account at the same time (privacy).  However, you could have a return open in your account and give him instructions as you both go through the interview.
