If you have duplicate charges that went through to your credit card, you'll need to speak to Customer Support.

Since you appear to be using Live Basic, you can try using your Live feature to contact support during business hours (5AM-9PM Pacific; 8AM-12 Midnight Eastern; 7 days).

Is on pending statues the charge , I don’t get why I see 2 charges

That's different.  They may be preauthorizations, and one may drop off.  For any questions about billing, you'll need to ask TurboTax Support.
