A 1099-MISC was made out to both my husband and me, but TurboTax only allows for one recipient on the return. What should I do?

If you are filing a joint return, enter it in the name of the Taxpayer listed first on your tax return.

If you are filing separately, you will need to ask the issuer to correct the 1099 and issue two.

If you live in a community property sate, split the income on the worksheet.
