8938 form filling in Turbotax premier not retaining

I'm filling all the foreign asset related information but when I'm done filling in the information, there is no form 8938 created. When i go back to Financial assets forms, it shows as if i have to start it again.

Just bit more information. I fill all the information and it creates 8938 form but when either go there again or do the review of the filing then there is no 8938 form.

I saw that online version has an issue so need download version. How can i contact with TurboTax agent to get the download version
