8915 A issue - says I need to wait on the form, But I deleted it because I do not need it. Says I have to mail my form since I have a 8915A in my return

Please ensure that your tax situation truly does not require this form (you may also want to double check your responses to any applicable questions). If not, after deleting the unwanted form, please try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies. I cleared Cache and restarted computer, used another computer and when I go to file it says I missing form  8915A etc... and will not let me e-file.   Reference #946152
