When I try to enter the 6 digit IP pin forms I'm only allowed 5 digits. When I try to go through work around
Fed Taxes>Other Tax Situations then select edit IP pin I get the following error message. Is there a way on forms to select yes I received an IP pin from the IRS so I can manually enter this in forms or is there a work around for the error message? Situations and scroll down to the IP pin, selecting it come back with an error message:

The 5-digit PIN is a self-select PIN different from the IP PIN, and is in a different section (the efiling signature screen.) The 6-digit IP PIN is normally entered in Federal (Personal in Home and Business)>Other Tax Situations>Return Info>IP PIN. However, there is apparently a current issue where people are encountering that "Snag" screen that you posted. I'll tell you how to enter it in Forms Mode below.
Several users are having that issue with the IP PIN section since last night.
Since you are using desktop software, you can also enter the 6-digit IP PIN in Forms Mode on the Federal Information Worksheet, Part VII. Go to Forms Mode, and in the left column forms list choose "Info Wks". That should be the Federal Information Worksheet. Scroll down to Part VII, and the IP PIN should be the first item in that part of the worksheet. Please report back if that worked for you.
ADDENDUM
Also be sure you have updated your software. One user said yesterday's update may have fixed it for him.
I tried entering the 6 digit IP pin in forms but it wouldn't accept more than 5 digits. It seems like it was a bug in Turbo Tax because the person I spoke to asked me to update my TT and the problem went away. Problem solved, thank you!
