570 code on transcript

Did anyone who is a PATH refunder get a 570 additional account action pending on transcript this week. I’ve never had this before but I have a 2/24 date on my transcript is these a hold for the EIC or does my return have a issue my state return was already approved and refund sent

It is a flag that the IRS is reviewing your return. This could be due to EIC or verifying some other item. The IRS does many small reviews that usually resolve on their own. They will send you a letter if they have any further questions. They will not call you.
