30 yr old daughter and her 8 mo. old soon moved back, in June. No job. Can I claim her as a dependent?

You can claim your daughter and grandchild if all of the following are true:

Qualifying relative

• They are not claimed as a dependent by someone else.
  
• They are U.S. citizens, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
• She is not filing a joint return with her spouse.
• She made less than $4,150 in 2018.
  
• You provided more than half of their financial support.
