3 weeks ago I was told I would get my 89.00 back cause I did not use live help I did it myself and I still did not get it back

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

If your request or a refund is approved, it is normally around June.  Tney seem to work on those after the tax session is wrapped up.
