Her parents cover housing and some food. She pays for her clothes, education, food, has medical and dental insurance through her workplace, pays for her transportation/car repairs, dog’s insurance/vet expenses.

Based on the information you have given us, you cannot take her as a dependent.
You cannot claim her as a qualifying child because she is 19 or over (unless she is full-time in college which I doubt), and you cannot claim her as a qualifying relative because her income is more than $4,050 per year.
Furthermore, it appears unlikely that you provided more than half her support.
