I'm finishing up my 2025 taxes. When I look at the 2 year comparison summary worksheet, I note that the numbers for 2024 are inaccurate by a significant amount when compared to my Turbotax filed 2024 return. Most of the difference seems to be in Rental Income, which shows far less in the comparison worksheet than on my as filed taxes. Any idea why this might occur? Anything I need to double check in 2025 tax prep to make sure 2024 numbers are being pulled correctly as they impact 2025 taxes? Thanks.

I don't know why the comparison schedule would differ from your actual return.
The items carried forward would include depreciation and passive losses. You should compare your depreciation Form 4562 for both years to see if the numbers are similar. You may have a carryover of section 179 depreciation on line 13 of your 2024 Form 4562. If so, it should appear on line 10 in 2025.
A passive loss would be reported on Form 8582. If you had a carryover loss from 2024, it would be your total loss on Form 8582 in Part IV, less the loss allowed in 2024 as listed on line 11 of Form 8582. If you have a loss carryover, it will appear on your 2025 Form 8582 in Part IV, column C.
Thanks for what I need to check regarding carry-overs. I've tried to figure out where the disconnect between my reported numbers on 2024 filings vs 2024 numbers in 2-year comparison vs 2025 have come from, but have stopped wasting time on that. I just updated the 2024 numbers in the comparison table to match actuals manually so I could have a record of my comparison.
I ran into the exact same issue. Seems like this is a bug in the software.
