I also received my download request email and am having difficulties downloading a Windows version of the product. This issue is reoccurring for it happened last year too. I have never used an Apple product for TurboTax and have been a customer for well over 10 years. Please ensure that I can download a Window version for 2024 and in the future. Why isn't the Window version an option on my account? and how do I get that version?

You need to sign onto your Advantage account and change the type of operating system that you want downloaded in the future.
