2024 State forms not available

I am still getting the message that the 2024 Connecticut part-year resident forms are not ready. I see suggested solutions here toI uninstall and reinstall TurboTax. If I do that, will all the data I have entered still be there?

I need to know. Is there any way I can file online line and pay later? I will not be getting any federal back but I am getting state refunds.
