I was able to successfully complete and e-file my Federal Return with no issues.
I am a NH resident, and have some interest and dividends that are not taxable by the state of NH.
Line 4 of Form DP-10 is where you list the items that are not taxables by Payor and Non-taxable amount.
It imported data from my federal return, but not without issues.
1. It inserted the 6 required items correctly, with the exception that the Reason Codes and Payor IDs did not completely transfer.
2. It will not allow me efile, because "The DP-10 return requires the supplemental schedule attachment for non-taxable income" and "The DP-10" return has more than 5 non-taxable payer entries".
3. It then says "Good news, you can still file by mail".
Unfortunately, there is nothing to file by mail. When I print out the DP-10, Item 4 which lists the Not-taxable items is cut off after 4 items, with a comment that says "See Statement". This return will likely be useless to the state of NH.
Turbo tax does not generate a statement for me to include.
If I am doing something wrong, please advise. If this is all I am going to get, I have no idea why I paid $40 for the NH software that does not generate what I need to file electronically (which is fine), but does not generate what I need to mail in, but tells me I have "Good News". I am not sure how to proceed, except to print out a pdf from the state and fill it out with a pen.

Additional information. I fabricated my own "statement", but then discovered I still could not use the DP-10 form at all, because the numbers generated by Turbox for line items 4(a) and 4(b) are not correct. 4(a) is supposed to be the sum of the numbers in the table in section 4, but it is not. It should sum the 4 numbers that it placed in table 4, but instead it is summing the first 5, even though 4(a) says "Subtotal of non-taxable income above", where Turbotax has only listed 4 items. As a result, the number in 4(a) is overstated, and the number in 4(b) is understated. I really cannot file this return even by paper, so I am forced to use a pdf version online. If you have non-taxable income in NH, beware of using the Turbotax NH form.
