2024 install on macbook with sequoia won't transfer 2023 return prepared on macbook with monterey 12.7.6

I am trying to transfer my 2023 returns prepared on a macbook with MacOS Monterey 12.7.6 to my macbook with MacOS Sequoia but I am getting an error. I have opened the tax return on my old macbook with the 2023 software and it opens without issue.

Any suggestions?
