2021 desktop version not carrying forward Missouri refund to pay next years taxes

How Do I report bug.  TT2021 not carrying refund applied to next years state return.

TT needs to know but I I can't find a way to tell them.

First make sure your program is up to date.  Then review the carryover section in the state interview ... you can also switch to the FORMS mode and make the entry directly on the state form if needed.

The amount was on the carryover form.  That’s why I posted comment as a bug because the program did not post the figure to the appropriate form.

thankfully it did carryover capital losses.
