Update your software.
For Windows click on Online click on Check for Updates.
Check your version.
Click on Help click on About TurboTax click on Version, it should read 020.000.1665
If your software is at the current version, manually update your software.

Thanks for response. For approx 1 month, I have been getting this error after each Turbo Tax update. When I review the link to the list of available forms, and they appear to be available.

What you are seeing on your program is erroneous. Depending on the form or schedule they have been available from 1 to almost 3 months.
If your TurobTax Windows software is at the current version then do the manual update.
After the manual update if the problem persists then uninstall and re-install the TurboTax software.
