......try a zero for 2019 AGI...if the 2019 tax file was paper-filed, the 2019 AGI may not be in their e-file acceptance system.

I did try a zero as the 2019 AGI but no luck there either. How does one e-file for the first time? As I paper filed the 2019 tax so when asked for my 2019 pin in order to e-file this year? Even if I could solve the AGI issue what can I do about not having the pin?
