2020 Delux can't enter Medical Expenses

Attempting to enter "prescription medical expense" ...... the box is there filled prefilled with "$0".  It will not let me change it to a real value.

Followed instructions to clear cookies and cashed (Microsoft Edge).

It did not solve the problem.

Rebooted, and still did not solve problem

Sorry for above reply, I was half asleep by that time.   I am using the CD version, so cookies and  cashed have nothing to  do with my  problem.

If you have not done so already, be sure to go back and make sure that you have not pre-selected the standard deduction. Also, if you are seeing figures that you are not able to change, make sure you are in the actual "entries" section of the program. You mentioned you were half asleep, so I just thought I'd make the suggestion.
