2017 taxes

i never filed 2017 taxes they were rejected. so i never filed them. turbo tax has the info on file but also states if you did not pay for an upgrade old taxes will be deleted but mine still says rejected but there are  no options to upgrade or neven continue fixing them. i need help on what to do.... sincerly a mom who has no idea!!
